De Telegraaf: Milan submit higher bid to Ajax star as battle with Dortmund and Barcelona continues

By Oliver Fisher -

Confirmation has arrived from the Netherlands that AC Milan are firmly in the race to sign Noussair Mazraoui on a free transfer once his deal with Ajax expires.

Fabrizio Romano of Sky Italia first reported that Milan are in the race together with Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona to sign Noussair Mazraoui as a free agent, adding that nothing has been agreed between the player and any club with the race ‘still open’ and that he will take his time to decide what is best for his future.

According to what was reported by the journalist Mike Verweij of De Telegraaf (via MilanNews), Milan are in the hunt to sign the 24-year-old once his contract expires but the Rossoneri’s first offer was deemed too low by the player.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara then formulated a higher bid which means Milan are very much competing, but Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona are also keen with the latter currently on pole.

  1. Forget the RB, mazaroui can play the DM and this guy is unbelievably good, he can boss the midfield, I have had an eye on him since the legendary Ajax run in champions league recently…..that guy is too good, he is more of a midfielder and will sooth this team especially after kessie and bakayoko is gone
