AC Milan are keeping an eye on the situation surrounding Manchester United playmaker Jesse Lingard ahead of the summer, a report claims.
Brahim Diaz’s struggles this season plus the fact that Yacine Adli is very much a versatile player means that Milan are in the market for a new player who can play in the trident behind the centre-forward, and PianetaMilan report that one of the most interesting names from a Milan perspective is certainly that of Lingard.
The 29-year-old Manchester United forward will leave the Red Devils when his contract expires on June 30th, because they do not seem willing to propose a renewal at the moment.
The Rossoneri management are monitoring the situation, and they view the England international as a potentially important signing considering the undoubted qualities of the player, who shone on loan at West Ham last season.
Lingard meanwhile would be satisfied with a salary of around €4m net per season which could further simplify the operation. He was recently snapped alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Milano amid rumours he has been offered to Milan.
Not bad for AM pos,he was excellent AM at west ham,he is free, salary not much high
not a bad option tbh. he was on fire with west ham last szn.
Pls no, we don’t need our version of Aaron Ramsey, he will be coming to Milan for a paid Holiday, if he is not good enough for Man U he is not good enough for us.
We don’t need Riola client again plz
Even I do not want any Raiola client but in such scenarios whr the player’s age is around 29 and unwanted in his current club, agent won’t be planning to earn any commission. Infact, Raiola would be looking for a transfer to satisfy his client’s need and desire to play in a major club. So, here the club is in advantageous position. If Maldini and co believe in the player than why not. We will certainly get an upgrade from the current AM.
Are we serious with this?? Wow… awful choice.
He was one of the best players in the end of the last season in Premier league, when he was given the chance to play so hes in any means awful player. And looking at our current cam he is a big upgrade.
Sign him, he can’t be worse than Diaz
Sign him, this guy is a good player, don’t wait too long
He is no longer a raiola client. He is worth a shot as a squad player & offer him 3m/yr 3yr contract max. If he doesn’t work out after a year, sell him on. Personally, i think he will shine
