GdS: Milan-Monza axis heats up – Origi and Ballo-Toure now, Bondo in summer

AC Milan and Monza have several links already, but there is a chance that the axis could further help both clubs, with negotiations for three players likely.

Silvio Berlusconi, Adriano Galliani and Daniel Maldini are just some of the names attached to the axis between the two clubs. One Rossoneri, the other Biancorossi, the similarities are there, and with Galliani at the helm, he is hoping to bring Monza to the heights that the Diavolo once experienced.

Right now though, the focus has to be on keeping the club in Serie A, and is looking to the Rossoneri for some help. As reported yesterday, the Biancorossi are looking at taking Fode Ballo-Toure and Divock Origi, which Milan would, imaginably, gladly accept.

Moves for both are possible in January, and this could open up a route to Warren Bondo. According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), the track of Origi and Ballo-Toure could flatten the road to Bondo.

The midfielder has been a long-term target for the Rossoneri and he is a ‘market favourite’, but a move in January is unlikely. Instead, Milan likely look to make a move in the summer, if they look to add more midfield coverage.

If we are back in 4-3-3 than Musah mezalla role is viable again.

    1. It’s too much to dream! So I won’t count our chickens until it actually happens. This stuff makes too much sense ie offload the deadweight and focus on quality.

However I simply do not believe there is any club in the universe that wants Origi on his current wages, and he won’t accept a pay cut. So …
