GdS: Milan ready to make move for Spezia defender in January

AC Milan are ready to make their move for Spezia’s Polish defender Jakub Kiwior in the upcoming January transfer window, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today (via Calciomercato.com), the Rossoneri are still very serious about bringing Kiwior to the club and they are set to make their offer for him in the January window.

They were linked with the defender in the summer but in the end they focused on bringing in Malick Thiaw from Schalke 04 instead. That has not ended their interest though.

The player said no to a possible move to West Ham United in the summer and that has only buoyed technical director Paolo Maldini and sporting director Frederic Massara in their chase of the Pole.

He made his debut for the Polish national team during the recent international break and he received a compliment from Robert Lewandowski: “I didn’t know him, I admit, but then I saw him play…”
