CM.it: Milan and Napoli battle for Nigerian striker as well as Champions League progression

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are going to be battling three times on the pitch in the next month and they will also be battling in the transfer market for a Nigerian striker, a report claims.

Considering the success of one Nigerian striker at Napoli in the form of Victor Osimhen, it is very easy to immediately imagine Gift Orban becoming just as good if he heads to Serie A.

As Calciomercato.it has reported, the 20-year-old striker is capturing the imagination of many teams, including the Italian champions and the Italian champions in waiting.

He is currently playing for KAA Gent in Belgium and he has scored seven goals and got one assist in just six Jupiler Pro League appearances. He has also netted five times in four Europa Conference League matches, so his numbers are prolific right now.

It is his first season at Gent and many think that he could already be destined for a move away.

  1. Of course…all Italians play like Totti, all Argentinians play like Messi, and all Nigerians play like Osimhen.
It makes sense…very easy! I love sempremilan, I always learn something new

      1. Yes my friend I see that, I read it, and I strongly doubt that you understand what you read…but that’s not a problem at all, you can alway learn 😉

  2. I really hope Milan signs him. I loved his stats.
Have never been this excited by a rumor(for Milan) that seems like it’s gonna go nowhere
