This morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews) reports that the Milan management are already plotting how the squad will look for next season and in particular the attacking department.
Brahim Diaz’s uncertain future given that his loan deal from Real Madrid will expire in June has forced Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara to look at alternatives for the No.10 role, and the name that teases them most is Nicolò Zaniolo.
The former Roma man was pursued in January by the Rossoneri before he chose to move to Turkey and join Galatasaray. However, a return to Italy cannot be ruled out and he has a clause of €35m in his contract.
Another interesting profile the management have their eye on is Empoli’s 20-year-old starlet Tommaso Baldanzi, who perhaps does not offer the same guarantees but would be available for €15m.
