AC Milan have officially confirmed that Federico Giunti has been relieved of his duties as the coach of the Primavera side.
Via a statement on their website, Milan have announced that Christian Terni is now the head coach of the men’s Primavera side. He will take the place of Giunti, who the Rossoneri thanks for all of his hard work throughout his time at Milan and wished him all the best for his career in the future.
Milan Primavera have really struggled in recent weeks with five defeats and only one victory in their last six games, leading to many fans calling for change. The recent rut puts them 14th in the table on 39 points, only two points above Empoli and three points above Genoa who are in the relegation spots.
The last three games of the season will be fundamental because Milan will face both Empoli and Genoa, as well as Inter in the junior Derby della Madonnina.
