Tuttosport: Milan want new signings for each department this summer

By Oliver Fisher -

With AC Milan top of the league after 30 games this season there is a strong argument that the squad are already well equipped, but the management intend to build on it this summer.

As reported by Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are working to build next season’s team and they are evaluating many profiles to reinforce Stefano Pioli’s options in all roles.

There will be a centre-back signing with Sven Botman of Lille and Bremer of Torino the main candidates, plus a new deputy to Theo Hernandez at left-back given that summer signing Fode Ballo-Toure has not impressed so far.

The returning Tommaso Pobega cover – at least numerically – for exit of Franck Kessie while another signing is expected in that role. Then in attack new additions are expected with Divock Origi the favoured option for the centre-forward role and Domenico Berardi on pole to strengthen the right wing.
