Speculation continues to filter suggesting that AC Milan are close to signing Noa Lang from Club Brugge, but at the moment it is wide of the mark.
Valentijn Driessen of the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf (via MilanNews) reported earlier today that Lang is very close to completing a move to Milan as the Rossoneri club have already wrapped up the deal for the young forward, with only the green light from RedBird Capital missing.
Our colleagues at SempreMilan.it report that Lang remains a target for Milan but at the moment the negotiations are not advanced. There is an interest on the part of the Rossoneri but nothing concrete to suggest that the operation is close to completion.
The 22-year-old winger has repeatedly shown his interest in the idea of joining Milan and while the Diavolo believe he could be a good fit, they have not yet started any clear discussions. Brugge want not less than €20m and he is not the first choice of Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara, despite the persistent rumours from the Netherlands.
Last season Noa Lang made 44 appearances, including 6 in the Champions League, with an end product of 8 goals and 12 assists.
