This summer, AC Milan need to sign a right-back, and several names have been linked. However, a new idea has arisen today.
There has been a consistent issue with Milan in the past two years. At right-back there is no clarity. It has been shown time and time again, and the past three mercatos have shown this. In each mercato, the Rossoneri have signed a right-back, each time, they have failed to assert themselves.

Filippo Terracciano, Emerson Royal and Kyle Walker. Milan cannot afford, both on and off the pitch, for this to happen again. So, careful considerations must be made with the next investment.
New offerings
The latest idea comes in the form of Wilfried Singo from Monaco, with Gianluigi Longari (via MilanNews) reporting that the Diavolo have been offered him this summer as a ‘solution’.
It will cost more than €20 million for the Ivorian to arrive, and this will need to be considered by the club, as will his profile itself. However, he has previously shown strengths in Serie A, so it could be a smart move to make.
If the route to Guela Doue does not unblock itself, perhaps signing Singo, who is only two years older, could be the solution.
Could have had him for 10 mil 2 years ago but apparently he didn’t fit in Pioli’s “complicated”(high press and counter attack) style of football.
Crazy to hate so much everything and everybody linked to the only period of time when Milan was enjoyable in the past fifteen years. Inter fan, indeed.

Yes, I’m sure you guys were all screaming to sign him two years ago. There is a reason they could have gotten him for peanuts then, because nobody thought he was that good a few years ago, including anyone on here. Everyone is a genius in hindsight.
A lot of us did scream for Milan to sign Singo. He was very good at Torino.
He was available for peanuts because he only had 1 year left on his contract.
Milan didn’t sign him because they listened to Pioli who didn’t see him as a fit because he couldn’t play as an inverted full back in the midfield, something that Pioli barely used that following season.
There were many people saying to sign him as he was just coming off two good seasons with Torino. But, rat Furlani screwed up, again.

Stefano Pioli has rejected the potential of signing Wilfried Singo from Torino for one key reason, according to a report.
According to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via PianetaMilan), there have been talks between the Milan management and their Torino counterparts Urbano Cairo and Davide Vagnati over a deal for Singo.
More specifically, the Ivorian was brought up as part of talks that would have seen Junior Messias go the other way, given that he is a target for Torino head coach Ivan Jurić as he wants a winger.
Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani and chief scout Geoffrey Moncada were intrigued by the idea of signing Singo because he is young, has good potential, great physical strength and counts as a home-grown player.
Torino and Milan had also found an agreement on the figures, with Messias valued at €4m plus €8m in cash to reach Cairo’s demands of €12m for the right-back.
Pioli, however, made it clear that he does not want Singo. He sees the 22-year-old as a wing-back and he intends to use a back four, where Milan already have two more natural right-backs in Davide Calabria and Alessandro Florenzi, plus Pierre Kalulu who can fill in.
Pioli wants a deputy to Theo Hernandez if the management are to sign another full-back and thus they dropped the Singo operation, while Torino have now gone cold on Messias too.

RB was covered while Theo was our only LB for many seasons. Pretty logical reason. Why are you so triggered?

from your comment i understand, that we should take every cheap player that is offered to us, because otherwise they could increase their value and we’d look pretty stupid later to not have taken the opportunity? btw i’d be available for just a few mio commission – Furlani shouldnt take the risk to let me slip through, right?
Most of you haven’t seen him play or know what he looks like.
Sinogo is much more expensive. better to focus on Lucumi as new DC. I also prefer Venderson as the RB. I started to lose trust of Mr Igli Tare professionalism.
