Leonardo Spinazzola’s contract with Napoli expires in June and his agent has offered him to AC Milan, a report has claimed.
As Calciomercato.com write, Spinazzola’s hand in Napoli’s 2024-25 Scudetto win was evident. For Antonio Conte he did everything he could, playing either on the left or right flank, as a full-back, wing-back or even as a winger.
With his contract expiring in June, Spinazzola has received no signal from the club regarding a potential renewal. As the weeks pass, the player’s entourage is beginning to explore alternative free transfer options.
Milan or a Juventus return?
Spinazzola is still awaiting a call from Napoli, where he would happily stay, especially if Conte stays. The feeling is that he’ll leave at the end of the season because president Aurelio De Laurentiis wants to rejuvenate the squad.
In recent days, the agent of the Italian has been in contact with Milan to propose the opportunity to sign a strong and experienced left-back for free. The Rossoneri are seen as a good landing spot considering the likely departure of Pervis Estupinan, who has fallen below expectations.
The directors have acknowledged the offering of Spinazzola and the contractual terms that his entourage are looking for. However, he is not considered a priority at the moment, with Igli Tare and co. looking for other targets.
An intriguing possibility for Spinazzola’s future would be a return to Juventus: after coming through the youth system, he travelled around extensively without ever establishing himself at Juventus. Chiellini is a great friend of his, and there has been some contact between the two in recent hours.
For now, we’re no further than an exploratory survey. This season, the former Roma player has scored three goals and provided three assists in 28 games.

Could’ve gotten him 2 seasons ago when he left Rome but we decided to rely on Theo solely. Could’ve also go for Di Lorenzo on the opposite flank but opted for Emerson instead, lmao.

This is not the kind of deal we want on the right we have Alexis, Athekame ,and potentially Terracianno,then on the left we have Berthasaghi,all young and healthy players,we need younger and healthier players….
