GdS: Not only Noah Okafor – Milan eyeing Benfica and Almeria attacking starlets

AC Milan are planning their attack of the future and they have their eyes on three young forwards that the scouting team are admirers of, a report claims.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) reports that Noah Okafor of Red Bull Salzburg is one of the most popular names in the offices of Casa Milan. The Swiss striker who this season faced the Rossoneri twice in the Champions League group stages, scoring in Austria.

However, other clubs have noticed his exploits at club level and that is why the 22-year-old already has a price tag of €30m, but Milan’s scouting team keeping an eye on him for some time and the interest could turn into something more concrete in the summer.

Two younger centre-forwards are also being watch with great attention: Luis Semedo of Benfica B and Marciano Sanca Tchami of Almeria B. The first is 19 years old, Portuguese like Leao, has an impressive physique and has a contract expiring in 2023 so could join on a free. He has 33 goals in 69 games for Benfica at youth level.

Marciano Sanca was born in 2004 in Guinea-Bissau and though he is a striker by role but is less physical than Semedo. Milan know he is a jewel ready to explode and for this reason they hope to get their hands on him before the competition. He has played three times for Almeria B, without scoring.
