Joao Felix has emerged as a transfer target for AC Milan, and with a move for Marcus Rashford stalling, the Chelsea forward could move to Italy.
For most of the January mercato, the talk about Milan signing a forward has been regarding Rashford, who has effectively been given the green light to leave Manchester United this window. However, with that deal not progressing, the Rossoneri are looking to other options.
The management travelled to Dusseldorf on Thursday to discuss the possibility of Giovanni Reyna joining the club, but there have also been internal talks about Joao Felix and today, the first contacts were made.
Gianluca Di Marzio (via AC_MilanFR on X) has reported that the Rossoneri have begun contact with Chelsea over the Portuguese talent today. However, they have hit an initial roadblock in negotiations – the Blues are unwilling to discuss a loan deal, at least for now.
Whether this is a loan full stop, or solely a dry loan remains to be seen. However, it is unlikely that the club would be able to fork out for a permanent transfer, especially considering Felix arrived in London for more than €50 million in the summer.
With two weeks to go until the deadline, the Diavolo must assess the situation, and if there are no signs of change, they must move on.
We need san Siro 2.0, doesnt we?
Other Forward who negates the term ‘striker’ in favour of ‘forward’ because he doesn’t score enough…..
We need goals
How poor are these people? Why buy an important club when you cannot fund anything? This management will be worse than the banter-era management.
Because this dumbass didn’t know he bought a important club. He thought that the last Scudetto was our first and didn’t even know that Milan had 7 CL.
I started to call him Cheapinale after he bought the club in May but made it official exactly the day after the Mercato closed so he would’t spend.
That Summer Milan didn’t even have a owner. People don’t truly know how much this dude have destroyed Milan. After the Scudetto we could not spend big thanks to him and he didn’t do anything the first year. How many owners have bought a important club that had just won the league title and don’t spend anything the first 1 year?
Then he fires our Captain our Legend and replace him with a Moneyball Computer that is made for Baseball and turn a important Italian club to a Anti Italian club.
He then sells the soul of this team Tonali and let his Moneyball Computer dictate the fate of this club.
He truly destroyed Milans way back to the top and is dragging us back to banter era.

👏
If you only play Seria B teams, Felix would be a great addition. I’ve watched he at Chelsea- I don’t favor him.
Just get Nkunku instead. We seem to be playing CAM or playmaker type setups so why not. He’s very good when he’s good. Loan could be a good punt for us. When you go Chelsea it’s like a barren wasteland of players with previously huge potentials
I don’t understand the need for a sizable expenditure on J.Felix… Can we reinforce the RT wing outside of Puli and play the American at the 10? Or is Puli glued to the RW position?
