AC Milan booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League with a comfortable 4-0 win over Red Bull Salzburg at San Siro.
Olivier Giroud was without a doubt the start of the show as he opened the scoring for Milan with a well placed header from a corner, and then after the break he set up Rade Krunic for a headed goal of his own to make it 2-0.
The Frenchman reacted fastest to a loose ball inside the box to double his tally on the night from close range, and then he turned provider again with a lovely ball to set Junior Messias away in the closing stages with the winger finishing well on the break.
So who can Milan face in the last 16? After finished second in the group the Rossoneri can only play group winners, and they cannot yet face a team from Italy, which leaves the following list…

Benfica
Give me Porto or maybe Tottenham. We owe Porto an ass whooping for last year.

The first legs will be played on 14, 15, 21 and 22 February, and the second legs will be played on 7, 8, 14 and 15 March 2023.
Hopefully not Bayern or City, its not about not trusting my team but its a reality check that both are a better team than us, if i could pick then i would pick Porto or Tottenham hopefully its TTH i want us to beat them so badly.
I think we could produce a great game against the top teams like Madrid, Mancity and Buyern I understand this is champions league but taking it back to few months back when we won the league we almost struggled to play a dominance game amongst the lower teams (on paper) but outplayed most of our direct rivals so I would prefer Mancity (Madrid and Bayern are also welcome) and I see us losing to the average teams (on paper)
First of all…. it was a loooong time since we played in CL last 16 so its nice to be here 🙂 congrats to the players, coach, staff and fans. I think any team can be very dangerous so as long as we play our game i think we can cause problems to all of them so lets hope we get lucky and go further 🙂
