MN: Milan forward resumes personalised training but his exit appears imminent

By Oliver Fisher -

Pietro Pellegri’s recovery from his latest muscle problem is continuing but it seems to be a matter of time before he leaves AC Milan, a report claims.

Gianluca Di Marzio (via MilanNews) reported last night that Milan are close to buying Pellegri from Monaco for a fee of €4m, getting a discount on the previously agreed €6m, and he will then be sent out on a six-month loan to Torino.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, Pellegri carried out a personalised training on the pitch at Milanello today which is the next step in his recovery process, which may yet continue north west in Turin.

That is because in the meantime the negotiation between Milan and Monaco continues for the early permanent signing (with a discount) of the 21-year-old forward is ongoing, and once that is completed he will subsequently be loaned to Torino.

  1. I still don’t understand what we get out of this deal. Are we giving up on this season and letting him go without a replacement? We will stick with our geriatric ward duo and hope that if we want top 4 positions hard enough it’ll magically happen.

I mean sure this is good for his development, and we may get inside lane on Bremer, but what about this season?
