Despite having a contract until 2027, AC Milan are looking to offer Christian Pulisic a new contract, and some information has been revealed.
There have been few players as consistently dependent as Pulisic has been for Milan across Europe in the past two seasons. Whenever he has been needed, the American has regularly provided, often when others around him have not.
In fact, the first six months of the 2024/25 season were built around him being at his best, and there were concerns about the Rossoneri actually being overdependent on the winger. Of course, Maurizio Pochettino was the big opposition to his minutes.
Nevertheless, things seem to have eased a little in the second half of the season.
To partner his good performances over the past two seasons, there have been whispers about a new contract being prepared for him – to reward his performances and protect the club further from interested parties.
So, GOAL today reports that the Diavolo are looking to offer him a four year renewal, which would run until 2029 – giving him an extra two years on his current deal (due to expire in 2027). Furthermore, the American would be given a deserved wage increase, going from €4 million to the €5m mark.
More of a guarantee by comparison to Leao.
He has improved linearly almost every year, slowly getting better at some things each year. I remember when he was weaker at some things he has excelled at this year.
I’d like to see him get more aggressive in general, especially in taking players on. Also, there were many games he was the KEY turning point in shifting the momentum of a game….but I’d like to see him have more of a presence during the entire game. That’s a lot to ask, since he has been a very good player already.
Milan dont win suppercoppa without him. And suppercoppa might keep conceicao in job.
Don’t forget, keep the three American clowns in job too. 🤣😆
Not in a rush bro. Relax..
The important was Maignan and Theo contract
