The main focus for everyone is the work done in the first team, and this is the case for Milan and everyone else. However, a club like the Rossoneri should also have a conveyor belt of talent coming through the ranks.

Of course, this is the case, as it has been historically.

Whilst we have not seen as much youth involvement this season, we have seen several youngsters impress when called upon, and the Diavolo are planning on two renewals in the next few weeks it seems.

Calciomercato.com report that Davide Bartesaghi and Lorenzo Torriani will both be given new deals shortly. The left-back’s deal will run until 2030, a huge deal, to put off the clubs who have been following him. Torriani, likewise, will be given a three year extension on his current deal, seeing him stay until 2030.

Matteo Moretto confirms this information, reporting that the ‘bureaucratic process’ will be finalised shortly, and announcements can be expected at some point this week. Furthermore, the journalist has revealed that the defender will receive €600,000 per season, which will surely be a nice upgrade.
