It has not been an easy start to the season for AC Milan generally speaking, but last night’s game against Real Madrid provided memories that will last for a long time.
Indeed, Milan pulled off perhaps the shock of the night in the Champions League as they went to the Santiago Bernabeu and beat the current holders of the trophy.
It wasn’t just a victory though, but rather a dominant one in which many players shone. Malick Thiaw got the opener with a header from a corner, Alvaro Morata pounced on a rebound for the second and Tijjani Reijnders finished off a fantastic move for the third.
After the game, the players went over to the sold out away end where 3,800 Rossoneri fans resided and they had a special moment with them, soaking in the chants.
👏 The #ACMilan players and the away fans share a special moment at the end of the game ❤️🖤

Real fans were very classy. Gave Theo a round of applause when he made an early sprint that almost resulted in a dangerous chance. Thought that was a nice gesture
