This morning, the Curva Sud showed up in huge numbers to show their support for the AC Milan players before their trip to Napoli.
At Milanello, the gates were opened to the media and fans to allow them to watch training, given the restrictions placed on Lombardy citizens travelling to Naples on Monday. Before the game, it was likened to a pre-European night ritual.

Indeed, this has been shown too. Fans turned up in great numbers to welcome the players out for training and then watch it, desperate to show their support for the team. Monday’s match could be huge for the title race and everyone knows that.
So the effort was made to support them today, even if they can’t be directly involved in a few days.
Curva Sud greet the players
As shown by Luca Maninetti on X, the players came out to meet the fans and they even looked visibly taken aback by the greeting that they got. A sign of togetherness from the group, as can be seen below.
