Inter put even more pressure on AC Milan ahead of the Rossoneri’s clash against Lazio tomorrow as they managed to beat Roma 3-1. The Nerazzurri are thus currently ahead in the Serie A standings.
Although an Inter win was more or less expected, some were still holding out hope for a draw in tonight’s clash against Roma. It ended up being a very convincing 3-1 win for the Nerazzurri who thus are top of the standings currently.
Milan will face Lazio tomorrow evening and they are now poised to claim all three points. It’s not an easy task, especially considering their recent form, but not getting the win would most likely decide the Scudetto race.
The Rossoneri do have H2H advantage over Inter and that means a draw would suffice, but that is not counting the game in hand the Nerazzurri have against Bologna. Three points, therefore, are more or less a must for Milan tomorrow.
