GdS: Milan facing stiff Premier League competition for Chilean youngster

AC Milan are facing stiff competition from multiple Premier League clubs who are keen to sign Chilean youngster Dario Osorio, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), Milan could find themselves getting priced out of a move for the attacker.

They are already negotiating to sign the 2004-born forward from Universidad de Chile for a fee of around €5 million. That is the sort of figure that Milan are willing to part with for a player that can’t immediately help the first team.

The issue is that the wealth of the Premier League may well snatch him away. Tottenham Hotspur are thought to be willing to pay €10 million for him, whilst Aston Villa have been linked with a €15 million bid.

The riches of Newcastle United have also been linked and it is hard to imagine Milan outbidding any of those teams should a battle begin.
