CM: Milan pleased with development of Primavera forward – a renewal is on the agenda

By Oliver Fisher -

With the signing of Marko Lazetic, AC Milan now have an attacking department stacked with young talent and the mission is to reward a Primavera star with a new deal.

Calciomercato.com reports how Lorenzo Colombo is doing well on loan at SPAL and Lazetic has arrived to bolster the talent pool, but Marco Nasti is also showing that he deserves to be a big part of the plans moving forward.

Nasti has been through almost the entire youth process from the Under 15 age group to the Primavera, and he feels very attached to the club as seen by his decision to move close to Vismara, the home of the club’s youth teams.

Nasti signed his first professional contract which is expiring in 2023 and the feeling is that there is a lot of room for growth, but his return of 8 goals (and 2 assists) in 11 matches across all competitions for Federico Giunti’s team shows he is already very much competing.

He was recently promoted to the first team during the recent attacking emergency and he thanked everyone for the opportunity, stating: “Training with players like Ibra, Leao, Tomori is a great pride. They help you technically and physically and give you so much morale.”

Milan know they have a talent on their hands, and that is why the renewal of his contract has already been targeted.
