There have been suggestions of interest in Strahinja Pavlovic recently, but AC Milan could offer the biggest blockade to them at Casa Milan.
Pavlovic’s improvement this season has been superb. The Serbian defender has been far and beyond what was expected of him and that is all thanks to the work of Massimiliano Allegri, who has sharpened both sides of his game.
Of course, his main selling point is now his attacking output, where he is arguably one of the Rossoneri’s biggest assets going forward. However, he is also a key part of the Milan back three.
Pavlovic extension in the works
There has been no shortage of interest in the Serbian since he moved to Milano. Galatasaray have made repeated attempts and Chelsea have also made a recent move to seek information about his availability.
However, the Diavolo are ready to lock down his future in the near future. Even though his contract does not expire until 2028, the club are preparing to offer him a renewal until 2031, as Il Giornale reports, via MilanVibes.
At present, he is believed to be valued at €40 million, which is a pretty hefty fee. However, Milan believe in him massively and think he can exceed the level which he has shown this season.
