The arrivals
In terms of arrivals, it is clear that Amorim wants a striker and reports yesterday suggested he wanted one similar to Viktor Gyokeres. Leading the ideas is Goncalo Ramos, despite not being a starter for PSG, he has shown very impressive traits.
The current idea would be a loan-to-buy deal, with Ramos valued at €40 million. Perhaps the terms would be better in a year’s time.
Additionally, he is a big fan of Morten Hjulmand, Antonio Silva and Francisco Trincao from the Portuguese league. Finally, a move could be made for Can Uzun, the Frankfurt starlet and the inbound Head of Football would know plenty about if he is worthwhile.

they aren’t a lot of Italians that are good . Most of the good and useful Italian are in the big teams that aren’t even gonna talk about selling them so they aren’t gonna sign any Italian bc of that. Don’t want any Italians bc they are in Big Teams and they don’t want to sell them
Ramos with Gimenez as backup is a decent central attack.
I can see him keeping Chuckwueze and bringing in Trincao so he have Pulisic/Nkunku and Trincao/Chuckwueze behind Ramos/Gimenez in a 3-4-2-1
Selling Leao, Loftus-Cheek, Athekame and Bonco to fund Ramos, Trincao and maybe a new CB like Silva.
I think Musah will be a more likely backup to Saelesmaekers then Athekame to the right becasue hes more dynamic and better offensively.
If Rabiot or Fofana leaves Hjulmand would be a great replacement, but I dont think we can afford him.
Bringing home locally trained players like Camarda and Comotto and keeping Torriani will be a must for UEFA squad rules reasons.

FFS, it’s Bondo, not Bonco and it’s Saelemaekers, not Saelesmaekers. Also, Bartesaghi, not Barthesaghi. Chukwueze is a winger, not an attacking midfielder.
