CM: Milan seek loan details from two clubs for Camarda after renewal – the latest

AC Milan are looking to loan Francesco Camarda out next season, and contact will begin shortly, it seems.

There is a need to handle Camarda better next year. So, the way to do that may be letting him go from the Milanese grasp, if only for a year. Sometimes youngsters need to experience life away from home, and this may be the case here.

Rather than him continuing to move between squads, he needs continuity and to experience football away from the pressures of Milan. So, a loan is sought by all parties, with the Rossoneri especially hoping to get a move sorted.

The plan

It starts, as reported this morning, with a renewal for a year, done to protect him and the club. A year out for another year in, something which is a commodity with loans to young players. Then, the search will begin for a new club.

However, Calciomercato.com reports that it is the Diavolo who are beginning the contact, with Lecce, who are interested, and Pisa who should be towards the top end of Serie B next season. In other words, both should offer the youngster a good experience. Whether others will also be spoken to will be seen within the next week, it is suggested.

  1. I think Lecce would be a step too high for him. They will be fighting for survival and likely will not play a 17 year old striker consistently enough. Pisa sounds much more agreeable.

  2. Camarda , Morata, Gimenez they’re all pro … Keep these three players IMO and rotate them in conclusion of performance of them.

  3. i think Milan need to loan him for free + paying part of his salary in condition that he will play at least 60 min each game ( unless injury)… minutes were not given then the other team will pay 5 Millions loan fee

  4. Use Bonny and Pio Esposito as a precedent in a way that Inter appears to have been too stupid / set in its ways to do.

Bonny essentially proved that Pio Esposito is ready for Serie A in 2025/26. Pio will prove this very soon.

In 2023/24 Bonny spent the Serie B season beating up Serie B defenders. His combination of physical and technical quality then held up very well as he lead the line for a struggling Parma side in the Serie A in 2024/25. He wasn’t rewarded on the score sheet but you’ve only got to watch the quality of his hold-up play, etc, to understand why Inter is hellbent on spending money on a player it should know it already has.

Pio Esposito is ready for Serie A in 2025/26 because in 2024/25 he he outperformed Bonny’s Serie B season in every way including beating up mature Serie B defenders.

Don’t try to keep Camarda in the Serie A. He won’t get the game time regardless of where he is sent on loan. Send him to Fester at Monza, who has been trying to sign him for the last 6 months to develop him for Milan, where he can get used to the week to week grind of playing against decent players (which is what they are in Serie B).

Send Bartesaghi and Bakoune there too.

They can all then play for or off the bench for Milan in 2026/27.
