The way things are playing out, we might see Pavlović or worse, Terraciano lacing up as our striker for lack of a better option in the round of 16 vs Arsenal at the emirates if we make it that far. God save us because this management definitely won’t.
Without servise Gimenez will strugle too. I think Milan needs more of a big/target man striker who can hold the ball and play with his back to goal. Our mid just doesn’t connects with our strikers.
We really lack creativity in the middle. Reijnders, Fofana, Musah, RLC are runners and ball carriers. We’ve seen many times this season they don’t have a clue what to do against low block teams when attacking, just a bunch of horizontal passes and hope Leao or Puli will pull something out.
To be fair, even the Milan of Ancelotti struggled against a low block team …
We don’t have ballers in tight spaces to unlock defenses like that …
