Former AC Milan striker Andre Silva has said that he misses the time that he spent with the Rossoneri three years ago.
Speaking during an interview with Sky Sport (via Milan News) ahead of his next match, the Portuguese forward began recalling his time at Milan.
The striker joined the club in 2017 but spent two seasons on loan away from the Rossoneri. One season was at Sevilla and the other was at Eintracht Frankfurt.
He played 41 times for Milan, scoring 10 times and getting two assists. It was not the best spell of his career and he had much more joy in Germany.
Reflecting on his time at Milan, Silva said: “I watch Serie A. I went to AC Milan, I miss my time there. I think about it sometimes and I remember the time I spent there.”
Silva now plays for Bundesliga side RB Leipzig and they will be lining up in the Champions League on Wednesday night against Premier League side Manchester City which promises to be a very tough tie.
