This weekend, more than 70,000 fans will flock to San Siro to see AC Milan attempt to qualify for the Champions League in their new kit.
The fixture against Cagliari shouldn’t be as big as it is. A race for the Champions League places is one that Milan should’ve never entered, yet here we are. Indeed, the club have made it infinitely more difficult than it needed to be, but they look likely to get over the line.

It has not been easy, but they are almost there.
So, to ensure that they have the best chance at doing so, fans will come in their numbers to San Siro.
San Siro sell-out expected
This morning’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) stated that the attendance on Sunday will exceed 70,000, with fans hoping to get their team over the line. However, that is not the only reason to attend.
It will also be a chance to see the new home shirt in action, with pre-orders opening earlier this week and a kit announcement expected for May 22. In itself, that will be something to watch to see who is involved.
Tied into that, it may be a chance to say goodbye to a few players. Rafael Leao and Fikayo Tomori may be at the end of their Rossoneri careers, whilst Luka Modric’s future is still undecided. So, it may be a chance to say goodbye too.

ONCE AGAIN: sell five players (Odogu, Estupinan,
RLC, Leao and Gimenez), send back Nicklas (what
a flop) and bring seven players (2 DC, RWB, LWB,
MC and 2 SC) and bring back Bondo/Musah (it’s better to sell the latter & gain some more funds
so Bondo is a more logical solution for keeping)
& 2 of our youngsters, namely Comotto/Zeroli & Camarda. Stick to this nice plan and we’ll get far (certainly further than this season full of things that went (took place) beyond our control once we’ve started it with just nineteen! field players available to Allegri (what a suicidal move, btw)
of which we had Odogu as a fifth (or sixth) DC)),
I’m convinced. Why would anyone at this point
in time insist on improving the squad with just
two or three new players? It doesn’t make any sense really, it’s more than obvious now (that)
we need so much more, we shouldn’t hesitate.
One small addition to this, I would love to see
the same 11 players playing every week for us
but let’s get there first, let’s get to that stage & state where (and when) we won’t be needing
to change anything anymore…
Don’t forget Cisse. I think out of all our youngsters he’s the one that least likely to be sent out on loan. Looks a fantastic player!

Don’t forget to renew Pulisic and give him the money he deserves – It was December they disrespected him and refused to renew – and it was December his heart left Milan and all contribution dried up! Treat your players right and the goals will come back!
