Therefore, for AC Milan, the fans’ opinions must be listened to and taken into account, because the new San Siro will have a tangible impact on their lives. The Rossoneri want to build a stadium that caters for the needs of everyone an improves the matchday experience.
The goal is to elevate things the next level, with cutting-edge solutions that will have a bearing on matchday and beyond. That’s why the survey, which was sent to fans (respondents were asked via email), primarily asks them to express their expectations and preferences. Below are the questions:
1) How many AC Milan men’s first team matches do you attend each season?
2) How do you get to the stadium?
3) What aspects of San Siro make you feel at home?
4) What is most important to you in terms of matchday experience?
5) How do you rate these elements of the matchday experience at San Siro? (e.g. atmosphere, cleanliness, restrooms, food quality, etc.)
6) How much do you think the cheapest ticket to a top match should cost?
7) What sustainability practices are most relevant to you? (e.g. solar panels, vegetarian food, digital-only tickets, completely plastic-free F&B offerings, etc.)
8) What inclusion practices are most relevant to you? (e.g. accessibility for non-ambulatory fans in every sector, signage for deaf fans, dedicated audio description stations, etc.)
9) What activities would you be interested in participating in if they were available at the new stadium?
10) What sports are you interested in, besides football?
11) What hospitality products would you be interested in purchasing in the new stadium?
Milan and Inter’s owners believe that a new, modern, inclusive and sustainable home will project the clubs into the future. RedBird consider it an absolute priority to ensure competitiveness at the highest levels of international football, but it must work for those who use it.

All I’m interested is the club to be ambitious, have o coherent and professional project and win trophies.
