After securing the arrival of Igli Tare as the new sporting director, AC Milan have instantly moved to try and line up their next head coach.
Tare finally signed his contract on Monday and was officially announced, and there has been a lot of talk in the press about how Milan are starting from a position way back in the grid when it comes to finding a new manager. However, the beauty of racing is that ground can be made up.

Milan accelerate for Allegri
According to La Repubblica (via MilanNews), Milan – who will bid farewell to Sergio Conceiçao in the next few days – have decided to speed up for Allegri and try to get ahead of the competition.
Napoli and Inter have also set their sights on the former Juventus coach amid their own doubts over whether Antonio Conte and Simone Inzaghi return in 2025-26. Yesterday, there was contact between Allegri and the Milan management, the paper adds.
His name is liked by practically everyone at Casa Milan: Tare has appreciated him for a long time and has also convinced the CEO Giorgio Furani because he knows how to manage players with more complex personalities, while he has charisma and winning CV.
The decision of the Rossoneri to go with Allegri is also due to the fact that the alternatives are further away. Vincenzo Italiano is close to renewing with Bologna, De Zerbi will remain at Marseille and Maurizio Sarri is not on good terms with the new sporting director.

Gasperini is the best option if not then alegri is fine
Not see how Juve play like be under Allegri, stupid choice ,wasting time again and again
Are you allergenic to allegri
If Allegri is an option, I don’t understand how Conte can’t be.
I don’t understand your obsession with conte, I agree he is a great coach but he would not succeed here with this garbage upper management. Plus he would only be here one season like every other club he coaches
Given how the season ended, Milan needs a sure thing. Who’s a sure thing in Italy these days?
