Montpellier have announced that they have tied defender Maxime Esteve down to a new contract amid reports linking him with AC Milan.
Tuttosport (via MilanNews) are among the sources to have reported recently that Esteve is a player that is on the Rossoneri’s radar as they look for a young centre-back to join the group and develop.
Now, the Ligue 1 club have confirmed that Esteve has signed a contract extension with them having only signed his first professional deal a few months ago.
