MN: The three operations Milan could complete in the last week of the January window

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are expected to have some activity in the final week of the January transfer window with three operations possible, according to a report.

MilanNews reports that the only department in which the Rossoneri could make a signing is the centre-back department, with no other incomings expected. The management will be attentive to the opportunities, and if a player does arrive it is likely to be one that they have been monitoring for some time but whose name is not yet in the media.

Milan are looking for players that work in Stefano Pioli’s system, who know how to defend but are also good in the build-up phase, and perhaps most importantly they must arrive under the right conditions with the right costs. There will be a few more days of evaluations then in the last week the club should choose the right profile and go for him.

The other two operations are potential outgoings as winger Samu Castillejo has admirers in Spain and France, while striker Pietro Pellegri is expected to be bought outright from Monaco in January and then sent on loan to Torino.
