Juventus are desperately trying to offload Dusan Vlahovic and according to a report, they have agreed to slash the striker’s price tag in order to facilitate a transfer.
Vlahovic has been linked with several clubs this summer, including Milan, as Juventus are looking to get rid of his hefty salary. The Serbian earns €12m net per season, which costs the Bianconeri around €22m gross, but finding him a new club has been far from easy.

While there are clubs interested, high demands from the striker’s entourage has complicated negotiations, not to mention that Juventus would like to get a decent amount for the player. A contract termination, as such, is out of the question.
Price tag reduced to €12m
According to today’s edition of Il Giornale, as cited by MilanNews, Juventus have agreed to slash Vlahovic’s price tag from €20m to €10-12m after a meeting with his agent. During said meeting, the Bianconeri ruled out a contract termination but as a compromise, they lowered the price.
Milan are keeping a close eye on the situation, per the newspaper, but the biggest issue remains the player’s salary. He would have to come down significantly, even if a €12m transfer fee would give the Rossoneri a bit more leeway for the salary.
It remains to be seen if an agreement can be reached between all parties, but what’s clear is that Milan are watching the situation closely. They need a striker before the season starts and Allegri is a big fan of the player.

I think even with a 7 mil salary, for this price it’s an actual steal. He is still before his prime ( at least age wise). The risk to reward is there so if doable let’s buy him
To add up…. I think this Milan squad is a lot stronger than any Juve squad during Vlahovic’s time at Juve… so we might see Vlahovic from the Fiorentina days if he stays healthy
12m for transfer and the salary still 10m it’s nonsense. Vlahovic must reduce 60% from his current salary if he wants to joint Milan. The club have no money to splash some 10m / year.
If he agrees to 6m salary, with this price tag, it’s a steal!
It’s all fantasy and a waste of time unless he cuts his wages in half, which let’s be honest never happens.
If I were the management the easiest way around these issues would be…
Pay Juve the 15m or so and pay Vlahovic another 15m signing bonus.
Then give him a 6m salary in line with Leao.
That way over a 5 year deal he would essentially be netting 9m per year.
Milan would be purchasing a proven striker in his prime for 30m.
Good deal all round imo.
Otherwise move on, we are running out of time and options.

These days there are lots of options for players on huge contracts, namely Saudi. Felix has gone there. Bottom line is these guys will not give up their huge salary

If he agrees to a paycut ie be top earner alongside Leao then it’s a good deal. Vlahovic shouldn’t be judged at Juve. If he rediscovers his Fiorentina form with the creativity of leao, Pulisic and modric he can excel for us. He is capable of 20-25 per season. He is 25 years old with his best years ahead of him.
he earns 12 mio this season (because he was lucky with his current contract but he probably knows that the next contract wouldnt be more than 6 mio – unless he goes to the desert). so, it shouldnt be too hard to agree a 6 mio salary + 10 mio agent fee (6 of this can go to him to make up for his salary loss this season) + 12 mio to juve. or even 20 mio agent fee and it would still be a good deal.
