There has been a lot said about a move for Conrad Harder this week, and AC Milan are currently waiting for the biggest statement.
Harder’s name has emerged from nowhere in a Milan capacity. The Rossoneri have been focusing, with respect, on more well-known prospects, and have now placed their hope and funds in a relatively unknown quality.

A well-thought-of striker, Harder would arrive with a lot of questions, perhaps more than Santiago Gimenez. It is this point where the problem arises for many. Massimiliano Allegri has asked for a ‘top quality’ striker; the Dane may be that now or in the future, but it is a gamble.
A waiting game
For now, though, there is a lot that needs to happen, despite a bid effectively being accepted by Sporting. That is for the ‘yes’ to arrive from the 20-year-old, as Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Luca Bianchin states, via MilanNews.
“Conrad Harder is very close to AC Milan. After meeting with Tare and Allegri at the club yesterday morning, AC Milan decided to accelerate their pursuit of the Danish striker from Sporting. Harder is now AC Milan’s first option. In fact, it’s more than that: the negotiations are accelerating rapidly.
“AC Milan and Sporting have been in principle for days for a transfer worth €24 million plus €3 million in bonuses and a percentage of the resale price. Harder, however, has yet to approve AC Milan’s offer because in recent days he has focused heavily on Rennes, considered an ideal club for its squad size and ability to develop young players.”
Wait so he may choose Rennes instead of Milan? Damn, we won’t even get a CF before the Lecce game? No one wants to join this club? Honestly, the mercato was going well but it is now leaning to become an absolute failure if we don’t get another CF and CB. 200M sure but with a squad that won’t make it to top 4 or even Europe
Yup, another unbalanced mercato. All midfielders, and all of them aren’t apparently ready or able to play every game. all three defenders they got were all back up potential, no clear starters. And not one striker worthy of the shirt as a starter. We sold our 2nd best player for cheap and think we’re going to make up all his goal contributions with who, RLC? GTFO. Only concerned with the books and living in the moment financially. No thought as to how it affects the actual footballing situation. Someone needs to remind Redbird that this is a sports team that needs to still play sports, it’s not a fashion brand where all the footballers are just models. It’s pretty wild the team we’re starting with. It doesn’t look like a team willing to fight for the top 4 let alone the scudetto. This might be the worst defensive lineup we’ve had since 2015/2016 era. Who cares who the midfield is if the defenders can’t mark their men in the box, who cares if it’s Modric? If we’re giving up 2 or more goals a game, we’ll never get into the top 4, it’s just math. I can’t commit to any positive feelings on this club until the management are out, they’ve had 3 transfer windows and almost 3 full years now without Maldini and Massara and it doesn’t look like it’s trending in the right direction, this doesn’t look like Milan.

Lol leaning towards Rennes over milan and we still want him. From his standpoint t I understand it because he will be in the hot seat here where he will mostlikely not explode and will be benched/loaned/sold for peanuts and while at the same time milan can’t be waiting around for a potential player. We need a striker who offers guarantees
