GdS: Milan set to welcome host of players back from injury over next two weeks – details

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are set to welcome back a number of players from injuries over the course of the next two weeks, a report claims.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), training at Milanello is starting to get busier for Stefano Pioli as he has more and more players at his disposal.

Mike Maignan and Alessandro Florenzi did part of the session with the group on Tuesday, whilst Davide Calabria and Ismael Bennacer did personalised training work on the pitch.

Florenzi and Maignan could both be fit enough to feature against Atalanta on Sunday in Serie A. Florenzo has been out for six months whilst Maignan has been absent since just before the World Cup.

For Calabria and Bennacer, they are looking to be back in action for the game against Fiorentina in Tuscany which is next weekend, shortly before the Champions League game against Tottenham.
