AC Milan will take on Lazio after the break and that will be the start of a tough seven days, with clashes against Liverpool and Juventus also on the schedule. On Tuesday, the team will resume training at Milanello.
13 Rossoneri players are currently on international duty, so the squad that Stefano Pioli has at his disposal is decimated. They have been given two days of rest, today and Monday, before training will resume on Tuesday afternoon.
The players that are out on international duty will return to the group at different times, depending on the schedule of their national team. Either way, it will be important for Pioli to prepare his side ahead of the game against Lazio.
Milan could have a lot to celebrate in those seven days, or it could be the complete opposite. Hopefully, they will do well in all three games, but you certainly can’t demand that they should win them all.
