As Samu Castillejo could leave the club in the coming days, or in January, AC Milan might have to look for a new right-winger. In fact, they are expected to make a new attempt for Romain Faivre if the Spaniard leaves.
According to MilanLive, the Rossoneri have decided to bet heavily on Junior Messias, who was announced on the final day of the mercato. They are convinced that he can be a useful player for Stefano Pioli this season.
Should Castillejo leave the club in the coming days, or in January for that matter, Milan will make a new attempt for Brest winger Faivre. The 23-year-old is versatile and can play anywhere in the attacking trio, which is always a plus.
Of course, since the Italian market has closed, they would have to do that in January. Everything depends on Castillejo’s move to CSKA Moscow, though, which may or may not materialise.
