AC Milan are convinced of signing Angel Correa this month, as MilanNews.it reports. Despite weeks of unsuccessful negotiations, the Rossoneri aren’t ready to give up.
To date, the Argentine striker is the only concrete target for Milan’s attack, as Giampaolo has requested a second striker ahead of the upcoming season’s start.
The San Siro side have negotiated with Atletico Madrid for weeks, but an agreement is yet to found. It is believed that the bonuses are holding the deal back, as the Spanish side want €10m of easily reachable add-ons.
However, soon the negotiations could unlock, as Atletico are beginning to change their stance on the matter. Zvone Boban, who travelled to Spain on Milan’s behalf for the player, is convinced that he is the right option for the attack.
In the coming days, more updates are expected on the matter, though it is safe to say that the Rossoneri won’t give up easily.
