MN: Atalanta, Verona and Sassuolo want Milan U17s star – the Rossoneri have a plan

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan youth striker Jordan Longhi is attracting attention from three clubs in Serie A but the Rossoneri have other plans for him, a report claims.

MilanNews report how Longhi is attracting the interest of three Italian clubs because of his excellent 2021-22 season during which he scored 16 goals and added 2 assists in 20 games played for the U17 side at an average of 1 goal every 91 minutes.

He is considered one of the most interesting profiles in the Rossoneri’s youth sector, so much so that Atalanta, Hellas Verona and Sassuolo have come forward and expressed an interest in signing him.

However, the Milan management are betting strongly on the 17-year-old for the future and are even preparing a move to convince him to stay. The report states that the plan is to promote him directly to the Primavera side, so he can take the next step in his development and also move closer to senior football.
