MN: Bakayoko, Paqueta, Anguissa, Milenkovic, Ajer and Fofana – the latest on Milan’s market

AC Milan are still looking to add the finishing touches to their summer transfer campaign with a couple of signings, it is claimed.

The Rossoneri have had a busy summer so far to say the market has almost three weeks still to run, with a new deal secured for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the permanent arrival of Ante Rebic also confirmed plus the signings of Brahim Diaz, Sandro Tonali and Ciprian Tatarusanu.

MilanNews reporter Anto Vitiello has provided an update on Milan’s market via Twitter, including some more potential incomings.

He claims that Saint-Etienne’s Wesley Fofana and Celtic’s Kristoffer Ajer are the alternatives to Nikola Milenkovic of Fiorentina, with the management determined to sign a new centre-back.

Fulham’s Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa is the alternative to Tiemoue Bakyoko for the midfield, but he adds that interest in Bakayoko still alive with new attempt expected after the Europa League play-offs.

Finally, the journalist confirms that an official bid from Lyon for Paqueta is awaited.
