MN: Big crowd expected at San Siro for Udinese matinee – the ‘Ibra Effect’ continues

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are expecting yet another good crowd on Sunday for their matinee clash with Udinese at San Siro.

The Rossoneri will be looking to build on two good performances back-to-back after a frustrating goalless draw against Sampdoria, with that result having been followed up by 2-0 and 3-0 wins against Cagliari and SPAL respectively.

Milan will also be looking to exact a bit of revenge when they welcome Udinese to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, as the Bianconeri prevailed 1-0 in the opening game of the season to give Marco Giampaolo the worst possible start to his time as boss.

According to MilanNews.it, a good attendance is expected for the game, which kicks off at the earlier time of 12:30pm CET – something which usually does not bode well for Milan.

The outlet adds that Milan will kick off the second half of the season with more than 50,000 spectators in the stands, with the ‘Ibra Effect’ set to continue off the pitch and hopefully on it as well.
