MN: Camarda watches Milan U17s with agent Riso and Monza boss Palladino

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan striker Francesco Camarda was spotted in the stands with a well-known agent today as well as the Monza head coach, a report claims.

Milan’s U17s were in action this evening and according to MilanNews, Camarda was present to watch some of his former team-mates. He was not alone in the stands however, and had some interesting company.

The first person of note was agent Giuseppe Riso, who has many well-known clients in Italy. The other was Monza’s first team coach Raffaele Palladino.

It is not mentioned in the report if there is any link between the fact that Camarda was there with his agent Riso and with the Monza boss.

However, it is logical to think – especially given that there are rumours about a long-term contract for the 15-year-old with Milan – that they are studying the best path for his future development.

Could that mean a loan to Monza? Lorenzo Colombo is currently following that exact path.

  1. Please correct me here if im wrong but i was of the view that players couldnt be loaned out before they turn 18 so it wouldnt really make sense then as camarda will turn 16 in february when he can sign his first professional contract with us or somebody else.

    1. From what I heard, there is no specific age for a player to be sent on loan. The legal age should be 16 for players to get loaned out, as at 16 they sign their first professional contract.

      1. Well in that case it would be the earliest next summer then but i cant really think of one single player getting loaned at that age from a serie a club but i might be wrong.

        1. Doesn’t Milan get a B team in serie C from next season?
That would be the natural move for his development. You can control his playing time and he will play in the same system that is run by the first team. Lower quality competition but it will still be competing vs grown men

          1. Now you say it, Im not 100% sure if it has been fully decided yet but there was a clear indication in a recent article that it was in the plans but whether its already from next season i cant really answer but yeah it would make more sense to keep control of his developement because he might just endup training with another team and then play primavera matches for them as he is so young.

      2. Are you sure it is not just pre-contract that turn into contract after 18th birthday? If this is the case, he can’t be loaned before 18th birthday.
