MN: Crystal Palace make enquiries over versatile AC Milan man; player interested

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan utility man Fabio Borini could leave the club in January with one club leading the race to sign him, a report claims.

Sky Italia journalist Peppe Di Stefano recently reported (via MilanNews.it) that Borini could be set to depart Milan in the winter window due to a lack of playing time.

The 28-year-old has not featured since the second game of the season and has racked up just 70 minutes of league action so far, with Pioli seemingly not keen on using Borini in any position.

Borini’s agent Roberto De Fanti spoke to Sportitalia recently about the future of his client (transcribed by MilanNews.it), refusing to rule out the idea of a move to a new destination.

According to an update from MilanNews.itthe former Liverpool man could indeed be heading towards the exit door in the upcoming window as he was hoping for more opportunities than what he has had

The idea of a return to the Premier League interests Borini, in particular Crystal Palace who have made enquiries over the past few weeks.
