The AC Milan management are in discussions with Besiktas over the possible exit of Ante Rebic, according to the latest update from MilanNews.
The source claims that talks are ongoing between Milan and Besiktas to find the right formula for Rebic’s move to Turkey. The two clubs are also planning a meeting to unblock everything.
The basis of the negotiation is a loan with an option to buy. The Istanbul club would like Milan to pay part of the €3.5m net per season salary he earns, while the Rossoneri management would like it all to be paid by Bestikas.
In the meantime, Rebic is back in Italy awaiting news on his future given that he was not called up for the tour of the USA with the rest of the squad, instead staying back with Divock Origi, Fode Ballo-Toure and other players that Stefano Pioli has deemed to not be a part of his plans.
Was hoping it would be an obligation to buy.
Obligation for low cost, possibly 3-5m is okay. But they need to pay all salary.
Don’t understand y Rebic has gone this low. Two years ago, Milan would not take 10M for Rebic. Look at how he has depreciated In value. This is partly cos ofhis attitude.
injuries and raise of leao.
It all started from his covid-19. He hasn’t been himself ever since.
