MN: Ibrahimovic will be at San Siro tonight for Milan vs. Bologna

By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is always present. The Swede is currently recovering from the knee surgery he underwent earlier this summer but that hasn’t stopped him from attending AC Milan’s games.

The 40-year-old, who will turn 41 in October, was present for Milan’s opening clash against Udinese at San Siro. According to MilanNews, Ibrahimovic will also be at the stadium for the Rossoneri’s game against Bologna tonight.

Ibrahimovic will surely be making his way into the locker room to give the players some motivational words, as we saw against Udinese. As for his recovery, everything is going according to plan and he should be back in early 2023.

Until then, Stefano Pioli will rely on the likes of Olivier Giroud and Divock Origi to provide the goal up front. Not a bad pair to have, especially considering that both appear to be in great form currently (the Frenchman will start tonight).

  1. Great boost for the lads. He’s brought a turnaround to Milan since he came back two years ago. Hope to see him on the pitch soon.
