Pierre Kalulu made his first Serie A appearance of the season in last night’s 1-1 draw against Juventus, and many have been quick to praise the Frenchman.

Pioli will no doubt be thinking that he could have picked Kalulu from the start instead of adapting Tomori as a full-back, but that is the benefit of hindsight and Wednesday could bring different choices.
