MN: Krunic renewal talks stall due to midfielder’s demands – the latest

By Oliver Fisher -

The talks between Rade Krunic and AC Milan over the renewal of his contract have stalled due to the midfielder’s demands, a report claims.

Pietro Mazzara writes in his editorial for MilanNews that Krunic received an offer of €3-3.5m net per year from Fenerbahçe in the summer transfer window that has just closed, would like to renew with a salary in line with that offer.

Milan at the moment though seem willing to offer an amount of around €2m plus bonuses, which is obviously below the figure that the Bosnia international has requested.

There is a distance to be bridged and new meetings will be needed to understand if the two parties can reach a meeting point that makes everyone happy.

If this were not to be the case, it cannot be ruled out that Milan and Krunic could part ways in the summer, especially if he generates interest once again.

  1. who would have thought Krunic’s renewal during his time in Milan will ever be a drag? All thanks but no thanks to Pioli it now is…Sell him ASAP…

  2. 2million is okay for him consider his age,is either he accept it or leave in january, but if pioli desperately want him in his squad,he should just forfeit 1m from his salary to meet up with krunic’s demand.

  3. Play adli or musah every single game from now on.
Let krunic be a bench player as he should be then see if he still want a 3m a year.
Krunic and his agent play this game really well.
They knew milan didn’t sign a proper dm, and then they saw how pioli keeps relying on krunic every single game until he got injured.
