According to the latest reports from MilanNews.it, Leonardo and Maldini are at Casa Milan, and have been since the early hours this morning.
Even though his return to the club was only announced two days ago, Paolo Maldini has no time to rest as the transfer market deadline (August 17) is closing in. In fact, the club legend is currently working alongside Leonardo to define the last operations of the mercato.
It is believed that the last phase of the transfer market will include both sales and signings for the Rossoneri. Among those rumoured to leave, Andre Silva, Luca Antonelli and Carlos Bacca have been heavily linked several clubs.
In terms of arrivals, it is expected that Leonardo and Maldini want to bring in a midfielder, as well as a winger. However, it remains unknown to the media who those two will be, as Bernard is now closing in on a move to Everton.
