By Oliver Fisher -

The AC Milan management are working on the renewals of four key players, a report claims, while the futures of two loanees is to be resolved.

According to MilanNews, the next few weeks could be decisive in terms of contract renewals, and the report begins by mentioning that discussions are ongoing over Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future, with negotiations ‘on the home straight’.

There has been speculation that Milan are also looking at keeping Zlatan Ibrahimovic for another year, but talks will not be held until the end of the season, even though the management have made clear their wish to keep him.

Regarding Hakan Calhanoglu, there will be developments when Gordon Stipic arrives in Italy this month reduce the distance between offer and demand.

The Rossoneri have also initiated first contacts with George Atangana to extend Franck Kessie’s contract until 2024, and will soon meet Davide Calabria’s new entourage to discuss his future.

The will of the club is also to find out the valuations of Brahim Diaz and Diogo Dalot from Real Madrid and Manchester United respectively, before deciding how to proceed.
