Jens Petter Hauge’s future will only be decided once he meets with the management after his holidays, according to a report.
According to Kicker in Germany, Hauge is a player on the radar of the Bundesliga side who they believe ‘fits perfectly into their scheme’. His agent Aneke Atta posted a picture of himself at the VfL Center on Thursday with the caption “Visiting clubs” and it is believed that he was there to talk about Hauge.
MilanNews writes how Hauge’s talent was seen intermittently as he scored some important goals and appeared to have adapted well to his new surroundings, but he dearly for the drop in condition that occurred in January.
A goal against Sampdoria that seemed to have rehabilitated him, but he did not play a single minute after that leading to question marks over Pioli’s use of the Norwegian. His name has been the subject of various market rumours, both as a counterpart for De Paul or as a player attracting interest from other leagues.
However, it seems things are on hold for now. Over the next few weeks after he finishes his holidays, there will be a meeting with the management to understand what his future will be.
